The information below is privided to show you the different types of apartments we have to offer as they become available. As you can see, we have studio and one-bedroom apartments only.

Parking is often available in our basement garage for an additional fee. Water is included with the rent. Price, terms and availability are subject to change.

Location

Our apartment homes at 26 Alamitos Avenue are a half block from Ocean Blvd. We are in a nice Long Beach neighborhood convenient to Belmont Shore, a short walk to Alamitos Beach, and 4.5 miles to CSULB.

Pets

We accept some cats with an additional deposit; please ask about your feline before you move in. Sorry, no dogs.
